Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 June 2026. By using metsumi-chan (the “Service”) you agree to these terms.

1. What metsumi-chan is

metsumi-chan is a non-custodial interface for launching and trading SPL tokens on the Solana blockchain via Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve pools that graduate to DAMM v2. The Service does not take custody of your assets, private keys, or tokens. All transactions are signed by your own wallet and executed on-chain.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens launched or traded through the Service may lose all value. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. Eligibility & lawful use

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not barred from using the Service under any applicable law or sanctions program. You agree not to use the Service to launch or promote tokens that are illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or that impersonate others, and not to engage in market manipulation, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.

4. Your responsibility for launches

If you launch a token, you are the issuer. You are responsible for the token’s name, ticker, description, logo, links, and all content and claims associated with it, and for any legal or regulatory consequences. The operator may remove or decline to display content at its discretion.

5. Fees

You pay Solana network fees for every transaction. An optional platform fee, denominated in SOL, may be charged on launches and sent to the project treasury. Third-party tools (e.g., RPC providers, Jupiter) may have their own terms.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service, smart contracts, pricing data, or any token will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, tokens, or data arising from your use of the Service, smart contracts, or third-party services.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including the Solana network, Meteora protocols, Jupiter, and RPC providers. We do not control and are not responsible for those services.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may modify or discontinue the Service without notice.
